I completed the Cardiff University Bond Solon Certificate in October 2005 and am now registered as a Cardiff University enrolled Expert Witness (CUEW).
I successfully completed the Graduate Diploma of Law with the College of Law (Birmingham) in June 2008 and am a member of the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn.
I am aware of the requirements of Part 35 and Practice Direction 35, the Protocol for the Instruction of Experts to Give Evidence in Civil Claims and the practice direction on pre-action conduct. I have obtained the Bond Solon Civil Procedure Rules Expert Witness Certificate to evidence my understanding and compliance of the above requirements.
