I have been engaged in writing medicolegal reports since 2004.

I have built up an extensive network of referring solicitors. I have currently written over 2000 reports, with an average of 150 reports a year over the last 5 years. I take instructions from Claimants and Defendants.

Expert Witness Experience

I have the following training and experience

  • Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate 2006
  • Graduate Diploma of Law, College of Law 2008
  • Bond Solon - Civil Procedure Rules for Expert Witnesses 2012
  • Familiarity with CPR Part 35 / PD 35
  • Annual attendance at Bond Solon conference
  • I have attended Court, and also given evidence at GMC Tribunals

I am a member of the Law Society, and the Expert Witness Institute

Availability

My current turnaround is approximately 12 weeks from the later of receipt of full instructions, complete medical records and examination of the Claimant

  • Face to face examinations can normally be arranged within 2 to 3 weeks, subject to the Claimant's availability
  • Secure video assessments are also available where appropriate and agreed
